The prices are per person. You can choose between the stay with breakfast or half-board.
The prices are subject to change for short stays and weekends.
Child reductions in parents room:
- 0-1 years -100%
- 2-6 years -50%
- 7-12 years-30%
- up13 years -10%
The single room have a surcharge of € 15,00 a day if not differently indicated.
Use of double room as single (on request): + 50%
To confirm a reservation, we need a deposit 200,00 Euro per room with a deposit in our Bank.
The balance must be paid on departure date.
On arrival day, the rooms are available as of 12 o’clock – we ask that on the day of departure that you leave your room by no later that 10 a.m. You can pay the hotel bill in cash or by credit card.
Pets are not allowed. At somes times of the year and for small pets, we can make an exceptions.
In case of cancellation received more of 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, we take the 50% of the paid deposit. In case of cancellation received between 29 and 5 days before the scheduled date of arrival, we take the 100% of the paid deposit. By cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled date of arrival, is to pay compensation to the Hotel 70% of the amount of the booked service.
Holiday package are not refundable.
At a delayed journey or early departure, 50% of the booked service will be charged
Meals not consumed are not refundable and cannot be replaced with baskets packed.
If you need to delay, cancel or even leave your booked hotel early, cancellation fees may be reimbursed. To keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend a travel-cancellation insurance.
Cancellation condition Covid-19
During this winter season you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. With less than 14 days and if entry restrictions are introduced for the travel period due to the corona pandemic, is possible a rebooking your stay or a conversion of the deposit made in the form of a voucher, which to use within 13 months. In the case of corona diseases, please contact your travel insurance company. If no travel insurance has been taken out, the stay can be rebooked within the next 13 months.
