This year is a very special year, we reluctantly decided to open our Hotel on February 19. 2021. We hope to be able to welcome you safely as a guest from this date. The year 2021 will not be an easy year. To ensure a safe stay in our Hotel, we have adapted the cancellation conditions and hygiene measures to the current circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
During this winter season you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. With less than 14 days and if an entry restriction is introduced for the travel period due to the corona pandemic, a rebooking of the stay or a conversion of the deposit made in the form of a voucher that is used with us within 13 months is possible. In the case of corona diseases, please contact your travel insurance company. If no travel insurance has been taken out, the stay can be rebooked within the next 13 months.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Upon arrival, each guest must be equipped with their own personal protective equipment. We are considering, if necessary, to measure the temperature of each individual once entering the premises. The guests will be given the opportunity to bypass document registration practices by sending a copy front and rear of an valid ID or Passport by email with the personal data of the other participants. To avoid queuing at the reception upon departure, the final arrangements and settlements will be done individually may require a prior booking of a time slot.
HOUSEKEEPING
A deep cleaning and disinfection of our rooms will be done daily, with use of adequate chemicals, in order to guarantee the sterilisation of surfaces. Our cleaning rule have two steps: first we clean all the surfaces to remove dirt, then we go over all the surfaces with disinfectant. The areas that are most frequently touched (door handles, handrails on the stairs) are treated several times throughout the day.
We have installed in the common areas (reception, dining room, shared bathrooms) a sanitising gel dispenser that can be used at any time.
BREAKFAST and RESTAURANT
Breakfast and Dinner are served at the table by our staff in safe conditions. We guarantee the maintenance of the minimum safety distance between the guests. You are still required to use a mask and hand sanitizer.
SAUNA
Our sauna does not guarantee compliance with the minimum distance between people and a regular sanification. For this reason we have to give up this service.
