Every guest aged 12 and over must be able to show a valid vaccination certificate (3G) for all activities and services and must wear a breathing mask
- The entrance as a guest in the hotel and in the hotel restaurant
- Use of the lift facilities
- All public transpotration
- Indoor swimming pools, fitness rooms, team sports, wellness facilities in closed rooms, also in those of accommodation establishments,
- The consumption of food and drinks in closed rooms like bars and restaurants, sitting at the tables,
- Public events and competitions,
- Museums, cinemas and other indoor activities
New cancellation conditions due to Covid-19
There are currently no movement restrictions for travelers, our general cancellation conditions always have value.
If an entry restriction is introduced for the travel period due to the corona pandemic, and only in this case, you can cancel your booking with us without any expenses, you will get the money of the deposit back.
In the case of corona diseases, you can change your reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date free of charge, but not cancel it free of charge. Your deposit will be converted into a voucher that can be used with us within 13 months.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Upon arrival, each guest must be equipped with their own personal protective equipment (facemask). We are considering, if necessary, to measure the temperature of each individual once entering the premises. The guests will be given the opportunity to bypass document registration practices by sending a copy front and rear of an valid ID or Passport by email with the personal data of the other participants. To avoid queuing at the reception upon departure, the final arrangements and settlements will be done individually may require a prior booking of a time slot.
HOUSEKEEPING
A deep cleaning and disinfection of our rooms will be done daily, with use of adequate chemicals, in order to guarantee the sterilisation of surfaces. The areas that are most frequently touched (door handles, handrails on the stairs) are treated several times throughout the day.
We have installed in the common areas (reception, dining room, shared bathrooms) a sanitising gel dispenser that can be used at any time.
BREAKFAST and RESTAURANT
Dinner is served at the table by our staff in safe conditions. We guarantee the maintenance of the minimum safety distance between the guests. The use of the buffet required the use of a mask and hand sanitizing gel.
